Ensure employee has understood and will abide by the responsibilities set out in the Governance Manual as well as ensure compliance with Group Code of Conduct, and the local regulators Statements of Principle and Code of Practice for Regulated roles
Key Responsibilities
  • Embed Here for good and Group’s brand and values in China/ Cash Operation GBS CN/OTT Team, Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures; Multiple functions (double hats);
    To assist the Manager in the daily operations to achieve service quality by meeting/ exceeding service standards and achieving zero defect for Cash Management Operations
    To discharge operational duties of the Cash Management Operations
    To perform specific duties as instructed by the team manager in accordance to the relevant procedures, guidelines, instructions and standards set in order to meet the productivity and service standards set.
    To support the development of the Cash Management Operations processing systems to meet local and business needs and more importantly in meeting the needs of the clients.
    To implement quality initiatives and activities of the division in accordance to the Group’s Quality System
Qualifications
  • EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree and above
    TRAINING Good communication skills
    LANGUAGES Fluent language in Mandarin, English
