Job Summary
To meet objectives set by the Group, Company & Department through:

  • To contribute to the greater increase in efficiency and the effectiveness of Liabilities (Retail)-RB HK Account Closure

Key Responsibilities
Strategy
o Follow strategic goals and guide teams for achieving result

Business
o Perform day-to-day operations, such as SV, system input according to DOI and relevant procedure within the risk and control framework.
o Execute and monitors workflow to ensure that processing/ documentation is delivered in accordance with required Standards.
o Contributing ideas for improvements of processes and procedures.
o Support and encourage others to practice in professional manner that reflect Liabilities (Retail)-RB HK Account Closure service quality.
o Fully support team cross support when need

Processes
o Achievement of 105% productivity on daily basis;
o Achievement of processing turnaround standard, no breach of SLA;
o Achievement of accuracy standard, on a monthly basis, no less than 99.97%.
o Achievement of a mix of 70% learning on-the-job, 20% learning from others and 10% formal learning; Meeting of performance objectives for self;
o Contributing ideas for improvement on processes, procedures.
o Update performance records and (complete day end recon timely)
o Please refer to Appendix A for the DOA assignment

People & Talent
o Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services to customers through meeting or exceeding. customer expectation guided by the Service Level Agreement, efficiency/accuracy standards and good business processes / judgment.
o Network internally with colleagues to solve issue and improve efficiency.
o Continue to seek improvement in team and operational process to achieve service and performance excellence.
o Be a catalyst and a key team member in driving team activities.
Risk Management
o Ensure to report line manager all irregular issues and potential risks at the first time.
o Money Laundering Prevention
  • Responsible for any Money Laundering & Suspicious Transactions.
  • Responsibilities also include the reporting of any suspicious transactions.
  • Ensures that appropriate internal controls are in place and operating effectively.
  • Ensure all staff in team are adequately trained

Governance

  • Able to quickly adapts to changes with regards to process, projects, behaviour etc
  • Ability to look beyond self-interest to collective interest
  • To positively respond to the pace of chang

Regulatory & Business Conduct
  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.

Qualifications
For Grade C: Experience greater than 4 years and for Grade B <2 years of experience with below skills
