Responsibilities:

• Receiving purchase requisitions for Non-Production Materials purchasing from the requesters from different departments
• Preparing inquiring documents
• Inquiring to suppliers
• Comparing prices and proposing final supplier;
• Ensuring the good quality of purchasing documents and data in related system
• Issue Purchasing order and ensuring PO delivery to Supplier
• Obtaining order confirmation from supplier and storing it in system
• Supporting Sourcing Group to develop suppliers, negotiate and conclude contracts
• Managing supplier capacity forecast and planning with key / strategic suppliers to optimize financial and operational performance
• Follow up of Supplier Qualification status
• Supply risk assessments and initiation of adequate supplier evaluation together with Quality, Engineering and Logistics.
• Handling complaints with suppliers and forwarding non conformance cost to suppliers
• Arranging the payment to supplier in due time
• Adhering strictly to company policies and regulations (e.g. Code of Conducts, internal trade rules, etc.)
• Other tasks assigned by Head of Sourcing China
• Support Admin related topics

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree and above
5+ years working experience
Good negotiation skills

English workable
