New Product Operations are pivotal to Apple's products' dynamic development and launch. You will support the Team and support NPI development, factory & equipment bring-up, program management, core process, quality teams, and other functional organizations within Apple. We will be responsible for supporting the product's successful launch towards meeting its stated schedule, quality, equipment availability, and customer experience.

Specific goals include: Assistance with supply chain design, schedule, quality, availability, and order cycle time goals Work with team members from across all functions within Operations to develop new product plans Support engineering build, plan/manage engineering build, and mass production transition. Develop data analysis, visualization & modeling tools to support set updated reporting system, L&L, and EQ management database for intelligence data management & searching. Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Data Science. MBA preferred.
- Excellent program management and communication skills.
- New Product Introduction / Supply Chain Management / Manufacturing Operations / Development or Operations Engineering / Project Management experience.

- Demonstrate leadership to facilitate decision and progress even with ambiguity and unclarity by addressing impact, risk, and proposal Insight to converge understanding of product/process risk to critical path and translate into actionable plan then persistently carry it out.
- Outstanding ability to build relationships; clear, logical, and consistent communication; data-driven and action-oriented; good technology/product/process understanding, enthusiastic and motivated; and detail-oriented while supporting several work-streams knowledge of automation management as a plus. Ability to succeed in a matrixed environment.
