New Retail Business Development Manager

职位目标

1. 更深度更高频地进行新零售O2O的数据洞察，生意机会挖掘；

2. 基于数据以及客户需求，协同客户管理团队定制化输出“G2N+Campaign+O2O流量活动”整合资源包，并协同谈判卖进；

3. Top KA，Top 门店为维度的精细化运营管理，资源分配及执行跟进，推动“HaleonX平台X连锁”的三方联动项目创新及落地。

主要工作职责:

1. 全面负责头部城市top KA客户的新零售生意增长，并助力全渠道增长；

2. 结合客户的差异化属性、平台、资源，摸索和完善头部客户的合作机制，推进“G2N+Campaign+O2O流量活动”整合资源包的落地；

3. 围绕客户的新零售经营需求，高效跨部门联动，如连锁谈判团队、渠道营销部等通力合作，搭建基于客户的创新营销体系以及人群运营方案；

4. 基于不同品牌策略，联动连锁侧资源，推动品牌在推广节点的新零售营销效率和生意交付；

5. 持续优化O2O团队连锁侧的渠道策略，不断完善客户分层运营的有效机制。

6. 直线经理安排的其他相关工作内容

任职条件:

1. 本科或以上学历

2. 五年以上的医药零售渠道营销领域经验，外资及互联网医药零售工作经验优先

3. 了解数字化营销、品牌营销、电子商务渠道的营销模式；

4. 较好的客户谈判及内外部沟通能力

5. 熟练使用OFFICE操作系统，特别是PPT制作及汇报

6. 可进行英文的听说读写
