Planning, strategizing, organizing and driving business development & sales activities for KN Expo + Events’ Domestic, Internationals and Events logistics business.
Your Role
- To undertake the responsibilities of planning, strategizing, organizing, and driving business development and sales activities for KN Expo + Events' domestic, international, and events logistics business.
- To engage with, manage, and serve exhibition and event organizers to obtain official appointments for their exhibitions and events.
- To manage a healthy and aggressive sales pipeline for the company.
Your Responsibilities
- To increase revenue through the retention of, and the proactive acquisition of customers.
- To actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- To provide management with relevant, quantified and clear information relating to market activity.
- To develop and implement strategies and tactics to maintain and develop the overall performance the sales teams including active sales coaching and making joint sales calls.
- To ensure correct administration of the prevailing Sales Incentive Plan.
- To ensure ongoing and consistent customer satisfaction through effective and efficient responses to customer inquiries, issues, problems.
- To establish and maintain long term sustainable partnerships with specified customers and service providers and discuss and communicate customer feedback with other affected business units.
Your Skills and Experiences
- Understanding of nature and operation flow for Exhibition business
- Possible customer database and overseas agent network in place
- Excellent Communication and presentation skills
