1. Lead the research and development of innovative products at the client site, analyze customer production conditions and potential, and ensure the successful launch and promotion of new products
2. Monitor the production status of new products, quickly and efficiently propose solutions and execute them.
3. Regularly visit clients to provide technical support and ensure stable product production.
4. Assist in product promotion, collect customer information and market feedback to promote the continuous development of ceramics and related industries.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in materials chemistry or related fields;
2. Strong logical thinking, communication, and coordination skills;
3. Willing to accept challenges, enjoys and excels in teamwork;
4. Willing to travel (mainly in Guangdong Province).
