The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Marketing Manager, you are responsible for end-to-end marketing process from product management, market survey and data analysis, identifying business opportunities, designing the go-to-market strategy and plan, and driving the execution of activation marketing plan to grow our Medical Surgical business in hospital. You will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Market intelligence collection and analysis;
- Identify business opportunities through data analysis and market investigation;
- Develop country activation marketing plan aligned with global strategies;
- Ensure campaign implementation in national level and keep tracking the progress;
- Work closely with sales team and CS team to ensure campaign execution in regional level;
- Ensure rational marketing expense allocation and control within budget;
- Develop & explore new business model to drive business growth;
- Perform any other duties as assigned by line manager;
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above;
- Medical device experience is required, experience in low-value nursing consumables is preferred, familiarity with VBP products is preferred
- 8+ year experience in marketing function with solid marketing knowledge and skills;
- Analytical skills, strategic thinking, business acumen, problem-solving capability;
- Capability to successfully develop and lead marketing projects;
- Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional projects;
- Excellent coordination and communication skills;
- Excellent command in both written and oral English;
- Good PC skills.
