The Marketing Intelligence Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marekt intelligence, business planning for China team. The position holder will own and develop market intelligence database and analytics function; provide analysis and support strategic marketing & divisional marketing to deliver results in executing the business strategy and meeting operational goals; be an analytics champion and team player and work collaboratively across different functional teams with data insight. The position holder could design and deliver a dashboard using multiple data sources to create and present monthly, and quarterly reports and conduct ad hoc deep dives as required.

- Support and lead comprehensive China market intelligence foundation from both internal and external sources and generate report to different stakeholders monthly and quarterly
- Develop and strategize new processes to derive insights from multiple data sources to support marketing analytics and reporting needs
- Support annual strategy review and business plan process via marketing intelligence insights and data analysis
- Proactively reviewing & assessing project performance metrics and suggest recommendations to identify high value opportunities
- Create presentations for various management levels to share results, insights, business implications, and recommendations
- Be an analytics champion and accountable for projects and ensure they are delivered on time and to a high quality standard
Qualifications & Skills:
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, or Life Sciences as preference
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in marketing/business analytics
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to derive actionable insights from data
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex data insights to non-technical audiences
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and drive direction with cross-functional initiatives
