- Lead the scrum team to ensure the delivery of project functions aligns with Agile principles.
- Provide consultancy for the CTC Company-wide agile delivery function by guiding & coaching Scrum Master teams across business units and geographies to ensure consistent, high-quality execution of strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate agile operations within the CTC Operations Platform department and coordinate departmental iterations.
- Drive Opus product delivery across markets by collaborating with GO IT teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure timely CTC team’s execution and high-quality outcomes for the Opus platform.
- Ensuring Scrum ceremonies are purposeful, well-facilitated, and contribute directly to the achievement of sprint and product goals.
- Creating an environment of psychological safety that empowers team members to collaborate, learn, and grow.
- Driving continuous process improvements by identifying inefficiencies, embracing feedback, and encouraging adaptive thinking.
- Foster clear and transparent communication with stakeholders to define business requirement/development priorities and expectations.
- Acting swiftly to remove obstacles that hinder team progress or morale.
- Advocating Agile principles and practices beyond the team to build a culture of agility across the organization.
- Engage in project planning, leading the Agile development process and reach business goal
Accountabilities:
- Manage end to end delivery of Opus to ensure it is completed on time and meets quality standards.
- Manage risks proactively and escalate to the Opus delivery lead when necessary
- Drive all Scrum events including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives in the Opus

- Establish and maintain a distraction-free agile workspace by minimizing external interference and fostering psychological safety.
- Drive backlog governance and refinement in coordination with Product Owners, embedding agility and business value into product planning.
- Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress
- Enable Agile adoption across departments by mentoring team members
- Monitor sprint progress and help ensure timely delivery of features
- Champion Agile values and foster a culture of psychological safety and continuous improvement
- Track and communicate Agile metrics to stakeholders for transparency and insights

- Make timely and data-informed decisions by fostering transparency and encouraging the use of Agile metrics
- Supporting the Product Owner in making prioritization decisions by helping them understand team capacity, dependencies, and delivery risks.
- Allocate manpower and resources to meet project deadline timely
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of 8 years of experience working as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in leading Agile teams across multiple products or business domains, including experience with scaled Agile environments.
- Proven track record in driving Agile transformations, coaching both teams and leadership in Agile principles and practices.
- Experience applying various Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or LeSS, with an adaptable mindset.
- Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, team dynamics, and Agile delivery metrics.
- Certifications such as CSM, PSM II/III, A-CSM, or SAFe-related credentials are highly preferred.
- Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills..
KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean, with the ability to adapt practices contextually.
- Strong knowledge of Agile product development lifecycles, estimation techniques, backlog refinement, and team delivery metrics.
- Skilled in Agile coaching and team facilitation, able to nurture high-performing, self-organizing teams through mentoring and servant leadership.
- Hands-on experience with Agile collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
- Strong ability to interpret and act on Agile metrics like velocity, burn-down, cycle time, and lead time to improve performance and transparency.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends in Agile delivery, team dynamics, and organizational agility, including knowledge of cross-team or enterprise Agile frameworks (e.g., LeSS, Nexus, Spotify model).
