We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
Evaluate current risks and identify emerging risks facing the distribution risks facing the business and ensure that controls are properly focused
Collaborate with Communications, compliance and legal teams to manage reputational risks
Lead local regulatory related various reports, gap analyses, risk assessment including remediation plans
Drive the continuous improvement of the risk management framework, methodology, tools and reporting. Etc.
Undertake other responsibilities and tasks assigned by the CRO to support the overall risk management function
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
At least 6 years of experience in life insurance, along with distribution management experience
Experience in an operational risk, compliance or audit
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders at various level of organizations
Commitment to quality while still meeting the deadlines
Ability to effectively communicate ideas and recommendations orally and in writing, while considering the viewpoints of others
Sees the big picture, but also pay attention to details
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Good at both English and Chinese.
