About Global Delivery Center
Deloitte China established its Global Delivery Center (GDC) in Chongqing, a key growth engine of China, in 2015. The Center provides innovative, multi-lingua offerings that support compliance and advisory service. GDC helps drive maximum efficiency and provides centralized "plug and play" internal service, enabling a scope of work that serves global clients and the Deloitte network better, making a real impact that matters. The Deloitte GDC has established offices in Chongqing, Dalian, and Guangzhou.
Business Process Solutions (BPS) and Tax practices help businesses manage their accounting, tax, payroll, and technology processes by leveraging experienced professionals who provide advice and practical support through a mix of outsourcing, contract personnel, cosourcing, and project related services. Core services include: financial accounting and operations, business process technology, human resources and payroll, and tax compliance and reporting.
Work you'll do
1. 端到端销售至收款（OTC）流程的日常工作管理：管理运营团队完成从订单处理与确认、账单开具、发票开具、收款到客户对账与争议处理的日常工作，定时向上级汇报工作进度；
2. 负责监督和管理应收账款，定期分析应收账款的账龄和风险，识别潜在问题并提出解决方案；
3. 负责应收账款的催收工作，领导团队积极与客户处理逾期付款问题，协商付款计划；
4. 与销售团队积极配合，制定与管理客户信用额度，根据客户信用风险及时调整信用政策；
5. 管理团队交付质量：复核团队日常运营工作成果，确保交付的准确性与标准作业程序的有效性；
6. 提出ERP系统OTC模块的升级和迭代需求并负责落地实施；
7. 按照公司内外部审计要求，配合完成审计工作；
8. 协助上级推进团队管理与培训，定期汇报团队绩效，监督团队完成专业技能培训，提升团队工作效率；
9. 其他管理层交代的任务。

We are looking for someone with
1. 本科及以上学历，财务会计优先，相关会计证书（如CPA/ACCA/CMA）持证者优先；
2. 8年以上财务经验，其中2年以上共享服务中心或多国OTC管理经验，有过10人以上团队的管理经验，具备20人以上团队管理经验的优先；
3. 掌握US GAAP/IFRS及亚太主要国家会计准则（如中国CAS、日本JGAAP）；
4. 具备主流ERP系统全周期项目经验；
5. 卓越的跨文化沟通能力，能进行流利的英文交流，掌握第二、三外语的优先；
6. 工作责任心强，适应快节奏环境；
