1. Lead and manage the team's daily performance and business development.
2. Manage and organize sales activities and resources within the region according to local customer needs and as per sales strategy;

5. Implement strategies to develop, train, maintain and motivate workforce to deliver business requirements.
6. Cooperate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to design solution, solve problems and meet demands for customers.
7. Maintain relationships with customers as appropriate, championing their needs and driving teamwork within the area and sales organizations.
8. Perform the role of coach and mentor for direct reports in the sales team with the aim of building an outstanding customer engagement team, consistently aligned to the goals of the corporation and focused on delivering customer success;
9. Optimize Sales organization structure to maximize efficiency and effectiveness to deliver Department Objectives & KPI;
10. Conduct of regular sales trainings and monitor the performance of subordinates on a continuous basis to identify key performers.
11. Develop clear metrics to measure sales team’s performance.
Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor Degree
2. Able to communicate in English both verbally and written
3. At least 8 years working experience
4. Minimum 2 years of cross boarder eCommerce logistics experience
5. Minimum 5 years of international logistics experience
6. Working experience in Global Forwarding company will be prioritized
