Our Aerospace client based in Shanghai, China, are looking to appoint a Maintenance Production Manager to be engaged on their aerospace programs in Shanghai.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall production and undertake production tasks related to component maintenance.
- Plan the development of maintenance capabilities for component maintenance operations.
- Organize talent development for the maintenance team and improve their professional capacity.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or above.
- Extensive experience in production management and organizational capability.
- Held managerial or equivalent role in a component maintenance organization.
