Responsibility:
1. Directly manage business unit to achieve sales revenue and other goals;
2. Coordinate marketing resources for product promotion in assigned territory/area;
3. Organize sales meetings and trainings for distributors/dealers/customers;
4. Develop and maintain relationships with customers and partners;
5. Work closely with regional manager to develop new markets and customers;
6. Support new product launches by conducting field visits and providing feedback on customer needs and competitor activity;
7. Collect data and information on market trends and competitors' activities;
8. Provide regular reports to headquarters on sales performance, market conditions, and other relevant matters;
9. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products to customers;
10. Conduct field visits to assess customer needs and provide technical support as required.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical or related fields;
2. At least 5 years of experience in medical device industry, preferably with 3-5 years of management experience;
3. Strong knowledge of clinical application, physiology and anatomy;
4. Excellent communication skills both in Chinese and English;
5. Ability to travel frequently within China and occasionally overseas;
6. Proficiency in computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite;
7. Valid driver's license;
8. Good interpersonal and organizational skills;
9. Self-motivated and results oriented;
10. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
