Customer Service China
The Customer Service is responsible for serving customers by providing product and service information, resolving product and service problems. This includes order processing and shipment tracking with a primary focus on maintaining customer satisfactions and supporting new customers opportunities for on time delivery in Food Safety products with a specific focus on Mycotoxin, Allergen, Food Pathogen, GMO, Sampling and Hygiene products.
These are your tasks and responsibilities we trust in you:
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
- Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information and shipment tracking
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
- Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
In order to leave your foodprint with us, you need the following skills:
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain
- Background in Customer Service, Product Knowledge (a big plus), Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information, Multi-tasking. Knowledge of Axapta, a plus. A science background would be very helpful.
- Possess excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
- Highly dedicated and attention to details with a high degree of personal motivation
