角色职责:

• 定制和协同预测计划，定制采购计划和库存计划

  - 以库存满足率和最佳库存为导向，跟踪预测计划，销售计划，对预测、库存、订单  计划进行管理，对计划的异常进行及时调整

  - 及时完成PSI工作，对需求进行分析，合理下采购订单

  - 根据销售缺货数据，及时协调工厂的产能和交付优先安排

  - 及时核对工厂的排产，跟进工厂的及时交付，协调排产计划

  - 及时跟进EOL&NPI

  售后工作：根据需求新建型号，下PO跟进接收

角色 目的:

• 完成宝山工厂和南海工厂开利品牌的采购需求计划，和售后的采购计划
