Role Definition
Implements, and continuously improves all logistics processes to maximize efficiency and productivity. This “Logistics Engineer” will lead the following main tasks in Supply Chain Planning team:

• New system LES (Logistics Execution Systems) will be implemented through the whole internal and external logistics process in 2025 in CTL SC. This position will be the key responsibility for this new system.

• This position will be responsible for logistics and warehouse automation new projects control.

• “Plan for Every Parts” work for all parts, end to end supply parameters’ design, review, and improvement from Supply Chain overall point of view, including purchasing parameters, transportation method and frequency, inventory planning, warehouse planning, POU delivery methodology and other Supply Chain activities to support high efficiency and reliable process from Order to Delivery.

• Lead inventory and storage continuously improvement activities and projects in Supply Chain.

Degree Requirement
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience desired

Responsibilities

• Applying lean manufacturing principles to assist with the implementation of automation and digital logistics projects.

• Being the expert in WMS (warehouse management systems) and LES (Logistics Execution Systems) This position will be the key responsibility for these systems.

• Coordinating with manufacturing operations and supply chain functions to define critical parameters and develop plans for process control and improvements.

• Maintaining the internal logistics process engineering standards, knowledge, and tools; Assuring their implementation in current and new operations.

• Evaluating logistics processes and workflows, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions for process-related concerns.

Skill Descriptors

• Warehouse Management: Knowledge of the policies, processes and systems of warehouse management- WMS (warehouse management systems) and LES (Logistics Execution Systems) This position will be the key responsibility for these systems.

• Planning: Tactical, Strategic: Knowledge of effective supply chain planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan. The “Plan for Every Parts” work for all parts, end to end supply parameters’ design, review, and improvement from Supply Chain overall point of view, including purchasing parameters, transportation method and frequency, inventory planning, warehouse planning, POU delivery methodology and other Supply Chain activities to support high efficiency and reliable process from Order to Delivery.

• Materials Handling and Management: Knowledge of material handling and management in plants; ability to perform, monitor and improve processes related to storage, transportation and handling of raw and hazardous materials.

• Collaborating: Knowledge of collaborative techniques; ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.

• Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.

• Lean Manufacturing: Knowledge of the philosophy, principles and implementation approaches of lean manufacturing; ability to integrate and implement lean manufacturing philosophy into existing production and management processes.
