JOB SUMMARY
The position is mainly to develop the organization capabilities in terms of:
负责芜湖工厂运输发货安排，外仓运输发货安排，外仓库存管理，发货相关的在途跟踪协调处理。对账以及报表制作。
KEY PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES (First 6 Months to 18 Months)
The key performance objectives for the “Position” include:
- 物流运输计划安排： 发货安排：根据CSR电邮和Open order的订单，做Pick单，系统关单，并通知外仓和物流公司安排出货；
- 工厂仓库备完货后完成系统结单，打印发货单给物流公司提货； 负责物流运输发货安排，联系物流公司协调提货车辆、提货时间，确保货物按照合同要求日期到达客户收货地址；
- 对账工作安排： 每日运输账单核对，根据shipment history里的Bill to site和SBU来匹配前一天发货账单中的所属费用和账号;半个月整理一次，月底最后一天再整理总账单，做好费用charge，根据每个月access导出的发货数据来匹配对用的SBU和Type ,账号分门别类后，再发给对应工厂的负责人;
- 每月10日前与运输公司完成账单核对并反馈账单中心； 每月1号完成仓储账单核对拆分，每月10日前与运输公司完成账单核对并反馈账单中心；
- 仓库盘点：每日进行库存核对，每个月进行月度盘点和年终盘点，对异常情况进行分析和查找原因；
- 货物在途跟踪： 货物及时跟踪，在途及时查询，及时反馈并对异常情况及时反馈主管，及时处理； 物流公司在途破损及时安排补货，以及按月处理买赔扣款工作；
- 工厂所有运输回单的收集、核对、管理； 供应商资质审核，车辆审核； 供应商KPI统计供应商评估打分(每月2号完成)，退货处理，客户回访(不少于当月发货客户数量的20%)，每日交付抽查(不低于20%)；
- 完成主管交代和安排的其它工作。
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES & PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:
- 负责物流部在工厂的质量体系管理及EHS、PS工作管理
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 本科及以上学历； 熟悉物流供应商运作，有仓库或物流相关经验3年以上；
- 熟练使用EXCEL（特别是函数方面，宏，VBA等）， PPT，SAP, Oracle等软件；
- 能够承受一定的工作压力，做事细心，对数据敏感，良好的沟通、协调能力；
SKILLS
- SAP，Oracle，Outlook，Excel，PPT
- ISO 16949体系管理；
