Job Description
Job Summary
Oversee end-to-end logistics operations at the plant, including planning, warehousing, transportation, and packaging etc, to ensure efficient information logistic flow and physical material flow, on-time delivery, and cost optimization.
Roles and Responsibilities
-Management of planning including demand planning, production planning and material planning.
-Drive process improvement across planning team to achieve plant business plans and goals
-Management of physical logistic solution including warehouse, transportation and package
-Develop and implement logistics innovation/digitalization strategy
-Inventory, logistics cost control, quality and BPS management
-Leading section, coaching associates and development of associates potential and competencies
Qualifications
Bachelor degree and above, mainly commercial study subjects as business management, logistics, industrial engineering
Fluent English skills both in spoken and written
Good command of MS office
Self-directed & driven to achieve results
5+ years’ work experience related to logistics area including planning, warehouse management
