Summary
工作范围及总体职责：
1、负责宾客健康，安全地使用游泳池和海滩。关注游泳者，保护游泳者生命安全，预防事故的发生。Responsible for the health, safety and welfare of those using the swimming pools / Beach. Observe swimmers and enforce regulations in the guarding of life and the prevention of accidents.
2、确保遵循品牌承诺并始终提供优异的对客服务。Ensures deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
3、礼貌且高效地处理所有内部及外部客人的投诉及要求，跟进确保问题的圆满解决。
Handle applicable guest complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
4、如果客人有不适当的行为，如酗酒、裸体或不戴泳帽（如适用），则需提醒客人。
Approach guests with inappropriate behaviours such as drunkenness or nudity or without swim caps (if applicable).
5、监督游泳者的活动，确保游泳者遵守规章制度。
To supervise the activities of swimmers by enforcing rules and regulations.
6、快速响应水里或周边区域的所有紧急情况。
Respond quickly to all emergency situations in the water or on surrounding areas.
7、警告游泳者任何不适宜的活动或危险。
To warn swimmers of improper activities or hazards.
8、抢救遇险或溺水者，进行人工呼吸、心肺复苏和急救。
To rescue persons in distress or in danger of drowning when indicated and provide rescue breathing, CPR and First Aid.
9、协助清洁和维护泳池、相关区域及设施确保泳池始终都有人看护。
To assist in cleaning and maintaining the pool and related areas and facilities, providing that the pool is never left unguarded.
10、 明确遵守安全和健康的要求，确保客人和安全及相关设备的正确使用，这些设备包括急救、AED、泳池和海滩清洁工具及其它机械。
Clear explanation to comply with the requirements of the safety and health and ensure that the guest and the use of related equipment, including First Aid, AED and pool and beach cleaning tools and its machinery.
Qualifications
任职资格：
Qualification:
1、持有救生员证书，具有高度的安全意识和责任感.
Lifeguard certificate holder with high safety awareness and responsibility.
2、很强的交流沟通能力。
Excellent communication skills .
3、高中以上学历。
High school above.
4、2年以上国际酒店工作经验，1年以上同岗位经验就职经验。
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an International 5-star hotel and 1 years’ experience in a similar position in.
