OLE EXPECTATIONS
• 0-2weeks: get familiar with GCSEA L&D basics (framework, strategy, focused plan YTD, main
programs/initiatives, key focus in the year) and GCSEA organization
• 3-4weeks: support the L&D programs like Accelerated Together We Lead program, Talent Management Process
2025, yearly L&D dashboard etc.
• 5-24weeks: suggest L&D initiatives when necessary

Must Have:
• Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or with a desire to build a career in Learning and
Development
• Fluency in English verbal and written communication skills
• Have a good learning ability and can work in a fast-paced environment
• Good at Microsoft 365 Excel, PowerPoint, Forms etc.
• Detailed oriented with analytical thinking ability

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills with ability to work in a highly cross-functional,

POSITION SUMMARY
• This role will be part of Learning and Development GCSEA team, mainly responsible for supporting the
administration and coordination of the Learning and Development programs
• Will perform a wide variety of project support and coordination tasks to support the design, development,
implementation, and evaluation of Learning and Development projects in GCSEA
• This will be done under the guidance of direct supervisor and in collaboration with other members of the Learning
and Development team, HR Business Partners
