What you´ll do
- Formulate and execute lean manufacturing roadmap aligned with Henkel strategy, promote lean culture and sustainable continuous improvement systems.

Lead cross-functional teams in implementing lean tools such as VSM, 5S, TPM, and Kanban to identify and eliminate waste, improve productivity and quality.

Organize Lean events, Lean Weeks, and daily improvement routines to engage employees at all levels and cultivate a mindset of continuous improvement.

Deliver training and on-the-job coaching on lean principles, tools, and methodologies to managers and frontline staff to enhance organizational lean competency.

Define and track KPIs such as OEE, cycle time and first-pass yield; use data analysis to drive process optimization and target achievement.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, quality and warehouse teams to optimize end-to-end processes and ensure lean initiatives are effectively implemented across the value chain.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Management Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years focused on lean manufacturing, process optimization, or continuous improvement project management.
- Proficient in lean tools and methodologies such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM), 5S, TPM, Standardized Work, PDCA, etc.

Strong project management capabilities to lead cross-functional improvement projects independently and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams, drive change, and build alignment across all levels.
