Lean Manager

What you´ll do

• Formulate and execute lean manufacturing roadmap aligned with Henkel strategy, promote lean culture and sustainable continuous improvement systems.
  
• Lead cross-functional teams in implementing lean tools such as VSM, 5S, TPM, and Kanban to identify and eliminate waste, improve productivity and quality.
  
• Organize Lean events, Lean Weeks, and daily improvement routines to engage employees at all levels and cultivate a mindset of continuous improvement.
  
• Deliver training and on-the-job coaching on lean principles, tools, and methodologies to managers and frontline staff to enhance organizational lean competency.
  
• Define and track KPIs such as OEE, cycle time and first-pass yield; use data analysis to drive process optimization and target achievement.
  
• Collaborate with production, engineering, quality and warehouse teams to optimize end-to-end processes and ensure lean initiatives are effectively implemented across the value chain.

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Management Science, or a related field.
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years focused on lean manufacturing, process optimization, or continuous improvement project management.
  
• Proficient in lean tools and methodologies such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM), 5S, TPM, Standardized Work, PDCA, etc.
  
• Strong project management capabilities to lead cross-functional improvement projects independently and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams, drive change, and build alignment across all levels.
