Lead Software Test Automation Engineer

Join our Shenzhen Delivery Center as a Lead Software Test Automation Engineer and play a pivotal role in shaping high-quality software solutions.

You’ll leverage cutting-edge tools and frameworks to drive automation excellence, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and ensure seamless product performance. You will collaborate with global teams, solve complex challenges, and grow your expertise in a dynamic, Agile-driven environment.

Primary Skills:

• Expertise in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) for Web, Mobile, and API testing.
• Proficiency in integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure Pipelines).
• Hands-on experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling) and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and maintain automation/performance tests for Web, Mobile, API, and Windows applications
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
• Develop and enhance automation frameworks, ensuring alignment with CI/CD workflows and coding standards
• Lead test planning, scenario design, and defect tracking across Agile/Scrum development cycles
• Continuously optimize testing processes to improve efficiency, reliability, and test coverage

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; 5+ years of hands-on testing/automation experience
• Proficiency in Java/Python/JavaScript and frameworks like TestNG, Pytest, or Karate
• Proven experience in performance testing (JMeter/Gatling) and CI/CD integration (Jenkins, Azure Pipelines)
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, test framework design patterns, and troubleshooting skills
• Fluent English (CEFR B1+), with excellent communication and teamwork abilities
