What you’ll do:

领导行业大客户销售团队,制定及落地战略销售计划,促进团队及个人实现业绩目标。重点聚焦行业为:制造、新能源、金融、医疗等

1、制定并实施部门战略销售计划,管理团队实现业绩目标

2、展现良好的领导力,帮助团队及个人实现高效绩效和专业成长

3、带领团队识别并追求新的业务机会,与重点目标行业的关键利益相关者建立良好的关系

4、及时了解市场趋势、竞争活动和客户需求,灵活调整销售策略

5、与跨职能团队合作,确保销售计划的顺利执行和客户满意度

6、销售团队日常管理实现数字化包括不限于:销售报告、预测和绩效分析

7、参加行业活动、会议和展览会,提升品牌知名度并与潜在客户建立联系

8、制定并管理销售预算,确保资源的高效分配

9、解决销售团队面临的任何问题或挑战,确保运营顺畅

Qualifications:
  • 本科及以上学历优先,市场营销等相关专业
  • 8年以上大客户销售经验,其中至少3年以上团队管理经验
  • 具有独立大客户销售背景和经验;被证明能够实现销售目标并推动业务增长
  • 对制造业、新能源、金融、医疗行业熟悉的候选人优先
  • 心态强大,能够承受工作压力和挑战
  • 出色的客户沟通能力,能够快速理解客户需求
  • 强大的业务谈判能力、团队合作能力以及沟通和协调能力
  • 优秀的领导能力、沟通能力和人际交往能力
  • 能够在快节奏环境中独立工作和团队合作
  • 能够使用销售系统CRM软件
