教育程度: 大学本科及以上学历,人力资源或经济管理类等相关专业,大学英语四级或以上;
工作经验 : 人力资源管理或招聘相关岗位2年以上工作经验;
专业 技能 要求 : 熟悉人力资源管理相关知识、熟悉当地社保政策、了解生产制造行业相关知识;熟练掌握excel、word、PPT等Office工具;
能力要求 : 具备较好的沟通与组织协调能力,面试技巧,谈判能力及亲和力,工作严谨细致;较强的团队合作与执行力,熟练的办公软件操作能力;

【主要岗位职责】
1.人员招聘活动 与用人部门对接,并沟通开放岗位人才画像,精准把握招聘需求; 根据岗位要求,通过各渠道搜索简历,进行人选初步筛选、沟通及推荐; 协调用人部门组织面试等相关活动,并跟进面试反馈; 核实拟录用人员学历、工作经历等信息; 与拟录用人员沟通薪资等信息,并发放OFFER; 及时跟踪招聘进度和招聘执行情况,高效推进招聘流程,以支持岗位招聘的及时性;
2.招聘渠道管理及拓展 维护并管理公司现有招聘渠道(招聘网站、猎头公司、校园招聘、内部推荐、政府活动等); 定期评估各招聘渠道的效果,分析渠道招聘转化率,提高招聘效率与质量; 管理各渠道供应商,并协助供应商整体提升; 拓展新的渠道,评估新渠道符合性,并不断探询适合的人才甄选的方法、工具和手段;
3.数据维护及人才库管理 根据需求,建立、完善并维护人才库; 及时更新维护招聘过程中的各项数据,并保证数据的准确性; 定期分析招聘数据(例如周期、成本、质量等),并支持HR各项报告准确性与及时性; 现有工作定期复盘,提出改善点;
4.校园招聘 与负责部门及HRBP对接校招需求,输出年度校招计划; 制定年度校园招聘走访计划;组织校园宣讲会、招聘会等活; 负责校园招聘的前期宣传、现场组织、后期跟进等工作,确保校园招聘活动的顺利开展; 参与校园招聘的面试与选拔工作;
5.雇主品牌及外对沟通 支持公司各项雇主品牌活动的开展; 作为公司对外接口人,支持与政府、JMCG、MPT等相关方对接;
6.遵守与执行体系要求 遵循国家和政府有关劳动、人事、环境保护、职业健康安全等方面的法律法规及其他要求; 负责本业务范围的质量、环境、职业健康安全管理工作; 认真贯彻执行国家及行业管理部门有关环境保护、安全生产法规和政策; 严格执行安全环境管理制度,安全操作规程,遵章守纪,防止发生事故; 主动发现各类环境安全事故隐患并积极报告整改; 积极参加各项环境安全培训和活动,提出合理化建议;
