Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Circuit simulation with Simetrix/Simplis (spice model), PLECS or Matlab
- Circuit design with power semiconductors, analogue / digital devices, MCU, sensor, etc.
- Assist with PCB layout, thermal simulation and mechanical design
- Board test, trouble shooting and report preparation
- Research on topologies in power conversion
- At least 3 days/week working in Xi’an office, or One week in the office every two weeks.(flexible)
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Degree in Power Electronics, Electrical engineering, Automation, and related disciplines
- Familiar with the simulation tools, like Simetrix/Simplis (spice model), PLECS or Matlab
- Familiar with common power electronic topologies, such as Buck, Boost, flyback, etc. Working experience of CLLC, DAB, NPC2 is preferred
- Knowledge of the power devices, like IGBT, MOSFET, MCU, Sensor etc. especially for SiC MOSFET and GaN switches
- Proficiency in using of common test equipment
- Good English reading and writing skills
