Insurance Operation Officer, HSBC Broker

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

• This role will be mainly tasked to carry out monthly insurance commission reconciliation following department business procedures. Ensure that the policy operations adhere to the agreement with cooperative insurance companies.

• This role will support Team leaders to monitor the iterations of business core system and investigate business scenarios of cooperative insurance companies to enhance the adaptability of the core system.

• This role will support on insurance operation MI, regulatory reporting, operation KPI reporting.

• This role will support on insurance operation on 3rd party insurance company projects, core system enhancement and new act projects.

• This role will support on insurance documentation management and call center hotline (inbound and outbound).

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

• 1+ years’ experience on insurance policy operations, preferable with insurance broker, fund sales or related financial service industry; Experience in Policy Operations is preferred;

• Working knowledge of various applications including MS Word and Excel;

• Ability to effectively organize work schedules and manage multiple tasks by utilizing time management skills;

• Attention to detail combined with strong delivery focus and ability to meet work goals with quality results.

• Ability to be flexible and willing to change along with changes in corporate and department objectives in addition to recommending changes to assist in meeting these objectives.
