INGM02-Customer Service Specialist

Position Title: Customer Service Specialist

Job Functions:
1. Receive customer orders, select logistics methods, and coordinate internal processes to meet customer on-time delivery requirements.
2.Receive customer forecasts and process them into internal forecasts;
3.Develop shipping information, arrange logistics pickup and tracking until the completion of delivery.
4.Reconcile with customers, issue invoices and send to customers.
5.Inventory management of transit warehouse, reconciliation.
6.Reconciliation with logistics.
7.Report to his/her supervisor on actions taken and results.
8.Project EOP control.
9.Overdue payment follow up.

Requirements:
1. College degree or above, 3 years or above working experience in the same position;
2.Operational experience in using ERP or SAP;
3. Good English is preferred.
