• Assist the Lead Auditor in planning and conducting audits, reporting findings, and managing follow-ups within defined timelines and budgets.
• Ensure the impartiality and integrity of the Management System Certification scheme is maintained at all times.
• Demonstrate a service-oriented mindset and engage with customers in a commercially proactive manner.
• Ensure proper implementation of DNV’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs.
• Maintain auditor qualifications in line with relevant Registration Schemes (e.g., DNV internal, CCAA, IRCA, IATF, etc.) as required.
• Annually update CV (in both English and Chinese, if applicable) and maintain an up-to-date assessment log.
• Submit timesheets and expense reports promptly and accurately via the TEAM system.

• Bachelor’s degree in ICT or a related field like Computer Science, Information Systems, or Telecommunications.
• Trained and qualified as per ISO 19011 guidelines for auditing management systems.
• Good understanding of information security, IT services, and risk management.
• Experience in conducting audits in a structured and objective way, following international standards.
• Able to understand and apply ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 20000 requirements clearly.
• Strong communication skills for writing reports and interacting with clients or stakeholders.
