Why join the HR department?
As a HRBP MA & Finance China you will report to HRBP China based in Shanghai for a Permanent contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy & Business Partnering:
- Support China MD, China MA function heads and China HRBP head in China MA HR strategy planning, org. and people analytics and progress tracking.
- Translate the China MA strategy to an overall HR solution and action plan including but not limited to org. evolution and utilization, workforce planning, competency development, recognition and motivation via collaboratively work with HR COE and people solution team.
- Partner with China MA senior leadership and managers to drive the deployment of HR MA action plan.
- Provide professional advice and coaching to line managers on HR policies and practice.
- Operational HR Support:
- Oversee the administration and conduct hands-on actions to ensure the right HR processes and delivery in China MA, including recruitment, onboarding, training and talent development, performance management and people engagement.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws, policies, and regulations.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex employee relations issues.
- Change Management & Culture enrichment:
- Facilitating change management initiatives and driving leadership and behavior change in China MA.
- Identify and implement HR practices that drive the continuous improvement in organizational performance and development.
- HR Projects & Reporting:
- Drive key HR projects and initiatives within China MA, ensuring alignment with global and China HR strategies.
- Provide regular HR metrics and reports to senior leadership, with a focus on China market.
Position Requirements:
1. University degree in Business Management, HR, Psychology or comparable education
2. Proven experience (more than 5 years) as an HR Business Partner or in a senior HR role, in front sales and marketing field of muti-sites China country wise, in an industrial, challenging and complex environment. Experience in a transforming environment is an asset
3. Ability to work strategically and hands-on, with a strong focus on delivering business results. Having proven experience and knowledge in org. efficiency analysis, org. development, workforce planning, change management, and talent management.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
5. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
6. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and develop junior HR peers.
7. In-depth knowledge of China employment law and HR best practices.
