We’re looking for the next generation of high-performing, multi-lingual, post-graduate talents to take our company forward. Hilti Outperformer Trainee Program is a global management development program like no other, with international projects, functional rotations and lots of exposure to senior management along the 2-year journey. Upon program completion, participants are primed for managerial positions within our Hilti global network.

We have 1,800+ members in 5 Market Organizations in the North Asia region: Hong Kong, Mainland China, Taiwan, Japan, and South Korea, with Hong Kong being the regional hub as well in a separate office. There are also 2 production plants located in Mainland China (Zhanjiang & Shanghai).

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
Our Hilti Outperformer - Business Track is a 24-month graduate program where you are involved in a range of rotations at local and international level. The rotations center around our customer-focused business approach, preparing you for a global leadership career. It is challenging and fast-paced, but we'll give you close coaching and mentoring. There are four primary work stages in the program:
- 12 months as an account manager in home country
- 3 months on an operational project in home country
- 6 months on a strategic project in regional headquarters
- 3 months on an international strategic project in another region

WHAT DO WE OFFER?
You’ll get the support you need to learn, grow and carve out your career and, aside from an incredible experience, you’ll be given mentorship by a senior leader and take part in Global Outperformer Summits.
- Hilti Summit - 4 - 5 days at our headquarters in Schaan (Liechtenstein) for a global view of our business
- CSR Summit - 7 - 8 days in a house building project to improve life conditions of those in need
- Leadership Course & Summit – a course at a renowned European business school, as well as a 5-day on-site summit
WHAT YOU NEED IS:
- You hold a master's degree (engineering, business administration or international management).
- You are a multilingual talent, fluent in English and Cantonese/Mandarin/Japanese/Korean.
- You have gained international experience through your work or studies and have spent between 3 months to 3 years in a professional environment.
- You enjoy learning and are mature, assertive, curious and dedicated.
- You are a flexible team player, with good communication, social skills, and enthusiasm to inspire others.
- You are internationally mobile, a global thinker who appreciates diverse cultural experiences and the opportunity to work abroad.
