What you'll do
- Delivery BIW PIST or CPL Vehicle FD (Gap/Flush) PIST.
- Secure responsible area (UP/UN/HOPS) Geometry output by monitoring both product and process equipment status.
- Analyze Geometry deviations on the product to determine if the process is capable and take corrective action.
- Daily morning meetings with Management, GE, GT and MT reviewing the previous day activities and plan for the next coming activities and corrective actions.
- Support production in achieving Quality, geometrical, functional, and safety demands in first and second-line problem solving analysis.
- Support production with offsets on fixtures to secure Product requirements/Final demands.
- Support during process break downs with maintenance regarding geometry settings.
- Analyze document, follow-up and report deviations on the daily morning meetings and bi-weekly geometry report out.
- Share knowledge within team, within plant and globally.
- Work according to the standardized work method and escalate when the standardized procedures aren't effective or followed.
- Initiate Gemba activities with the purpose of geometry assurance.
- Educate other organizations about geometry assurance in different processes cross plants.
- Implement Parts scanning /fixture measuring based on request or Control plan.
What you'll bring
- Engineering college degree or above.
- Majored in machinery or Material is preferred.
- Be familiar with CAD drawing.
- Good computer and MS office skills.
- Be familiar with operation of all kinds of measuring equipment, including laser track, ARM, Scanning equipment.
- Be familiar with PCF and TPC events and operations.
- Be familiar with all kinds of measuring software, including Metrologic, Polyworks.
- Be familiar with trend station.
- Be familiar with CM4D,Minitab.
- Good English skill is preferred.
