Your tasks and responsibilities:
1.
Steer definition, development and implementation of production processes / 掌控生产工艺定义,开发和执行
2.
Transfer design from R&D to production (New project and Change Request) / 研发设计导入(新产品和新修改)
3.
Implement new production technologies regarding PE/应用新的生产技术
4.
Develop and maintain production documentation (DMR, Master plan, FMEA etc.)/ 开发和维护生产文件
5.
Control the rework of failed components/掌控返修件
6.
Develop and manage tooling, equipment and new technology/开发和管理生产工具,设备,新技术用于生产
7.
Map for production layout (working area) / 生产区域布局规划
8.
Participate supplier audits / 参与供应商审核
Your qualifications and experience:
- Master/Bachelor degree for science or technology education, major in Mechanical, Automation, Mechatronics Engineering etc.
理工科硕士或本科学历，专业为机械，自动化或机电一体化等
- Fluent oral and written English
流利的英语口语和书面能力
- Quick learner and resourceful self-starter, good communication
