FP&A Manager

• Lead Finance system optimization with digital finance manager together including demand analysis, product design and performance tracking;
• Support monthly sales rolling forecast and actual reporting, part of staff cost control
• Support pitch for business growth
• Properly manage commercial approval process and support back office related commercial matters
• Provide ROI analysis for commercial projects
• Properly manage SOX compliance
• Willing to learn quickly and great communication skill with different departments such as FOC, commercial, Trading, HR, IT etc

• Educated to bachelor’s degree level in the finance discipline. A master degree or higher qualification would be an additional benefit.
• Minimum 5 years’ work experience with a solid and proven track record in corporate commercial or FP&A in China.
• Good communication skill, with the ability to build relationships and handle cross-functional communication.
• Strategic thinking, consulting experience preferred, excellent at PPT
• Team player, strong ownership
