Requirements
Your role at Finoverse
Oversees accounting and finance for the company
Provide insightful financial analysis on business performance to support management decisions and business growth
Provide financial reports, including monthly accounts, annual budget, and quarterly forecasts on a timely and accurate basis
Manage cash flow, treasury, and funds arrangement
Liaise with an external accounting firm and auditors on all finance and accounting-related matters
Lead budget and forecasting processes, manage the timeline and deliverables
Work with bookkeeping software for reconciliation and invoicing tasks with different departments
Handle sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity
Take on additional tasks or projects about accounting and business operations
Who you are
Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting or related disciplines with CPA qualification
6 - 8 years of relevant experience in the accounting and finance field with a startup background
Strong business and financial acumen with excellent problem-solving skills
Smart, detail-minded with an ambition to strive for excellence
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficient in Excel skills and with exposure to financial models
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Startup experience is a must
