Facility technician

What you´ll do

• Responsible for the public facility equipment’s maintenance, such as TPM work.
  
• Analyze the root cause of the public facilities breakdown, repair the breakdown equipment and take preventive measures.
  
• Improve the public facilities, reduce energy consumption and breakdown, and enhance efficiency.
  
• Supervise and coordinate the on-site construction of contractors with other departments.
  
• Temporary tasks assigned by team leader.
  
• Follow SHE&Q requirement IATF16949/ISO 45001/ISO14001/270001/50001/MES etc.

What makes you a good fit

• Electrician certificate is required.
  
• More than 2 years of maintenance work experience in the shopfloor.
  
• Proactive in work, able to proactively identify problems and independently repair and solve them.
  
• Optimize the maintenance solutions and reduce related maintenance cost.
  
• High awareness of construction safety and quality.
  
• Prefer to have the maintenance experience about round-source heat pump systems \ cold storage\VOC system\ High voltage distribution room\air compressor unit\chiller unit.
  
• Good communication skills and efficient work ability.
