外包前台需求
岗位职责:
1.负责日常访客接待,根据不同来访者进行分级制定前台接待标准,
2.协助会务接待执行工作,包括讲解协助,会议标准落地等
3.负责前台5S标准的制定,并拉齐各楼宇标准,监管落地
4.负责员工入离职手续办理,协助相关工卡门禁权限管理;
5.快递管理,包括但不限于小邮局环境维护,大件快递协调、批量快递收寄分发等
6.文印管理,包括但不限于工卡、名片印刷,文印店对接;
7.负责所在楼宇日常运营工作,包括耗品采购,各类费用结算,仓库管理等;
8.解决员工日常需求,提高行政满意度;
9.上级交办的其他行政工作
任职要求:
1.本科及以上学历,行政管理、酒店管理、工商管理等相关专业优先;1年及以上相关工作经验;优秀应届毕业者可择优录取
2.形象好,气质佳,普通话标准流利,工作时化商务淡妆,着正装,大方得体;
3.熟悉商务礼仪,具备会务接待经验者、对茶艺精通者优先;
4.乐观开朗,积极主动,服务意识强;
5.具有良好的沟通协调能力,有较强的学习能力和团队协作能力;
