Mission:
Strengthening Export control capabilities together with local and global trade compliance team to safeguard business operations, maintain compliance and adapt to China’s export control’s evolving regulatory landscape.
Job Description:
- Work with ECCN project team to lead the definition process for all existing spare parts and machines with ECCN codes and align with EU/US project.
- Accurately classify each new item with ECCN before they are created in team center.
- Maintain all classified ECCN in M3 timely.
- Collaborating with project teams and stakeholders for ensuring projects is on track.
- Collaborate with R&D/sourcing/ME/lobal and global trade compliance team to build up ECCN classification process.
- Understand the export control regulations, establish and maintain export control guidelines in alignment with local and global regulations.
- Obtain export control licenses when required in daily business.
- Build and maintain a robust export compliance program if needed.
- Train employees and instill export control knowledge and awareness within Epiroc Nanjing.
- Supported by local and global trade compliance team to adopt some activities to ensure proactive compliance, risk management, and business continuity.
- Strictly follow up the Epiroc way “The way we do purchase” stated by company and code of conduct and compliance issues.
- To achieve Epiroc “Be the Customers’ First Choice” of the market by value added and care service to the current and potential customers.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 3-years’ experience in international trade or trade compliance function.
- Project management experience is necessary.
- Basic knowledge on Epiroc products and could understand technical info by reading technical drawings.
- Good presentation skill is preferred.
Knowledge / Educational Requirements:
- University degree in international trade/technical or other related majors
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, both in writing and oral.

- Energetic, enthusiastic, flexible & reliable, able to work under high stress
- Result driven: act in a consequent manner, be goal oriented within the fixed deadlines
- Good interpersonal skills to work effectively for cross functional cooperation.
