- 指标体系搭建：基于海外电商平台数据、金融支用还款数据等，建设集团核心运营指标体系，服务整个集团业务方
- 经营分析：定期通过周报、月报回顾公司业绩，为管理和运营团队提供决策支持
- 营销分析：能够通过客户分析、产品分析等，挖掘业务痛点，同时基于数据提供解决方案，提高产品规模
- 数据产品：配合数仓同学一起搭建日常数据看板、及相关数据产品
Requirements
- 4年以上相关工作经验，需要有带团队的相关经验
- 以下相关从业经历优先：供应链金融、跨境电商、银行或FinTech公司风险策略管理背景 或 金融行业数据分析背景
- 优秀的逻辑思维能力，高度的业务敏感性与数据敏感性
- 主动积极、具有良好的团队合作意识，具备良好的英文读写及沟通能力
- 仅接受本科生及以上，211以上优先
