This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as an Executive Assistant in Shanghai with Signify.
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations as required.
- Coordinate and organize events, and conferences, including logistics, agenda preparation, and follow-up.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and always maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives.
- Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively provide support to enhance their productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, copying, and managing office supplies.
More about you
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Discretion and professionalism when dealing with sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
