A Day in the Life
- 负责执行会务类和展台搭建与设计类间接采购流程，包括审核内部用户提交的需求内容，向供应商发起询价，审核供应商报价单和方案，提交供应商甄选表及相关支持文件给间接采购以获得审批。
- 确保间接采购流程合规，公平和透明（一般是三家供应商参与竞标，进行比价或比价与比稿相结合） 及时记录竞标相关信息和数据，每月分析供应商中标情况，能够从分析中，发现问题，从而制定有效的解决问题或改进流程的方案。
- 每季度维护和更新相关流程的SOP，组织有效的培训，确保团队100%执行SOP。
- 每月组织与间接采购团队的沟通会，确保流程执行过程中的问题能够得到及时沟通并解决。
- 与结算团队保持紧密合作，提高供应商结算工作的效率和质量。
