2.能独立承担新产品转移到中试。
3.通过对新产品在中试部门的试生产,发现并解决新产品在中试过程中出现工艺技术问题,使得新产品能成功进行规模化制造。
任职要求:
1.本科或研究生学历;
2.熟悉几何光学,物理光学,晶体光学,激光原理,光纤光学。
3.熟悉-种或几种光学模拟软件。
4.英语说听写能力强的优先。
5.沟通能力强;
6.分析问题和解决具体实际问题的能力强且有兴趣。
