RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinates ISO 9001/ ISO 14001/ ISO 45001/ ISO 50001 management systems certification of ELRCI.

Issues plant safety, quality, environmental and energy management procedures.

Provides advice to all personnel in all safety and occupational health aspects and ensures the compliance with all applicable internal and external regulations.

Responsible for the emergency response procedure and drill periodic at ELRCI.

Organizes safety, quality, environmental and energy management training

Keeps track and manages regulations compliance regarding to safety, quality, environmental and energy management issues.

Keeps track of mandatory calibration of instrumentation in the laboratory as required by law and the quality process.

Reports safety performance and all functional reporting like ESTER / ESG to headquarters on a regular basis

Ensure Law/Regulation tracking and evaluation process of site cover chemical related laws/ regulations/standards and communicate legal obligations.

Organize training related to product stewardship at the site, implement chemical management and application regulations and comply with legal obligations.

Responsible for ensuring the establishment, implementation，maintenance and continual improvement of the energy management system according to ISO 50001.

Responsible for ensuring that the planning of the site's energy management activities are suitable for supporting the energy policy and objectives of Evonik.

REQUIREMENTS

University Degree or above, major in Chemical, Engineering or relevant.

化工，化工机械或其他相关类大学本科及以上学历。

Minimum 5 Y experience in a chemical plant or chemical laboratory and minimum 2 Y experience in a supervisory position.

至少5年在化工车间或化学实验室的工作经验，至少两年管理工作经验。

Working knowledge of all aspects of plant safety, environmental regulations, occupational health, and quality management.

具有工厂安全，环境，职业健康，质量管理方面的实际工作经验和知识,并对所涉及的法律法规要求具备基本的了解。

Working knowledge and experience of GC and HPLC analysis.

具有气液相色谱分析工作经验和知识。

Working knowledge and experience of Chemical Products Stwardship.

具有化学品监管工作经验和知识；

Good communication skills and fluently English listening, speaking and writing.

优良的沟通技巧，流利的英语听说读写能力；

Management skills and deep understanding of multinational company’s value.
