一、岗位职责 | I. Job Responsibilities
- 协助运营团队进行渠道整体规划、营销推广、数据分析等工作,策划促销活动与关联销售,引导流量、提升店铺转化率。
Support overall channel planning, marketing, promotions, and analytics. Assist in campaign planning, cross-selling initiatives, and driving traffic to increase store conversion rates.
- 协助店铺日常运营管理,包括商品上下架、价格调整、库存监控等。
Assist in daily store operations such as product listing and delisting, pricing updates, and inventory monitoring.
- 协助运营完成各类平台活动报名、资料准备、数据整理,并及时反馈工作进度。
Support registration for platform campaigns, preparation of materials and reports, and timely progress tracking.
- 负责产品信息编辑、活动设置、页面优化与上传工作,确保内容准确美观。
Handle product uploads, event setup, and content editing for listings and campaign pages.
- 积极参与跨境供应链协调,跟进物流运输、清关等环节,确保货品准时无误送达。
Actively support cross-border supply chain coordination including shipping and customs clearance, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- 协助优化产品图片,熟练使用图片处理软件提升视觉效果与吸引力。
Assist in optimizing product images using professional image editing tools to enhance visual quality.
- 负责撰写和优化产品文案,突出产品卖点和优势,提升转化率。
Write and enhance product copy that highlights key features and drives purchase decisions.
- 对店铺各项数据(流量、转化率、销售额等)进行监控与分析,输出分析报告,支持运营决策。
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and generate actionable reports for business insights.
- 协助策划并执行各类营销活动(如优惠券发放、广告投放、限时促销等)。
Assist in planning and executing marketing activities including promotions, couponing, and advertising.
- 跟进订单处理,与仓库及物流团队沟通,及时解决问题订单。
Manage order fulfillment coordination with warehouse and logistics teams, addressing order-related issues.
- 配合客服团队处理客户咨询与投诉,提升客户满意度。
Collaborate with the customer service team to manage inquiries and complaints, ensuring high satisfaction.
- 负责私域用户社群的日常运营与维护,包括发布优质内容、提升用户粘性。
Manage daily private domain operations such as user group engagement, content sharing, and community retention.
- 策划并实施私域营销活动(如会员福利、互动活动、专属优惠等),促进转化与复购。
Plan and execute private domain campaigns (e.g., member perks, exclusive offers) to drive conversion and retention.
- 分析私域用户数据(增长、活跃、消费等),优化用户运营策略。
Analyze private domain user metrics (growth, engagement, behavior) and adjust strategies based on insights.
- 挖掘私域用户需求,收集用户反馈,为产品优化和策略制定提供建议。
Identify private domain user needs and feedback to support product and strategy improvements.
- 完成上级交办的其他任务。
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
二、任职要求 | II. Qualification Requirements
- 本科及以上学历,电子商务、市场营销、国际贸易或食品相关专业优先。
Bachelor's degree or above; majors in e-commerce, marketing, international trade, or food-related fields preferred.
- 熟悉主流电商平台操作流程,1-2年电商运营经验优先;具备私域运营经验者优先。
Familiarity with e-commerce platform operations; 1–2 years of experience preferred. Private domain operation experience is a strong plus.
- 熟练使用办公软件与图片编辑工具,具备基础图片处理及文案能力;擅长私域内容撰写者更佳。
Proficient in office tools and graphic editing software. Strong in copywriting and private domain content creation is a plus.
- 理解跨境供应链流程,有相关经验者优先。
Understanding of cross-border supply chain processes preferred.
- 具备良好的数据分析和逻辑思维能力,能基于数据发现问题并提出有效方案。
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- 学习能力强,责任心强,细致认真,能适应快节奏工作。
