Job Description
I. Distributor and Channel Management
- Responsible for organizing and integrating commercial channels within the territory to establish an efficient commercial distribution network.
- Collect information from commercial customers, establish customer profiles, and conduct assessments as required by the company.
- Track shipping contracts with dealers within the territory and confirm customer payments.
- Gather commercial sales data and conduct daily business analysis based on the data.
- Ensure timely supply and maintain a reasonable inventory level.
II. Bidding
- Establish effective communication with local bidding offices and other relevant departments, and collaborate with dealers on bidding and tendering activities to ensure product selection and reasonable pricing.
- Keep abreast of bidding information, organize bidding meetings, and file relevant announcements after the bidding process.
- Manage access support for bidding activities within the supported territory.
- Assist with daily affairs related to the bidding system.
- Provide support for business applications, appeals, and pricing related to bidding and tendering, and support dual-person review.
III. Cross-Departmental Collaboration
- Work with the business team and other relevant departments to promptly address various emergencies within the channel.
- Coordinate business-related projects to ensure smooth progress in different regions, and maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal departments.
- Manage access support for bidding activities within the supported territory.
- Assist with daily affairs related to the bidding system.
- Provide support for business applications, appeals, and pricing related to bidding and tendering, and support dual-person review.
- Support the selection of bidding distributors and provide support for data management in the procurement system.
