We are looking for a Director of Events Management.
As a Director of Events Management, we rely on you to:
Be responsible for planning banquets, conferences, and other events to ensure they meet client needs.
Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal hotel departments to ensure smooth event execution.
Develop budgets based on event requirements and control costs.
Manage the banquet and conference sales and coordination service teams to ensure efficient operations.
Collect client feedback to continuously improve services and enhance client satisfaction.
Support the sales team in achieving performance targets.
We are looking for someone who:
Fluent bilingual communication and writing skills in Chinese and English.
2+ years of equivalent work experience in five-star hotels, with preference for those with international hotel chain experience.
Proficiency in using sales systems and familiarity with coordination team workflows.
Strong organizational, command, and coordination management abilities.
