The E-commerce& channel strategy director will develop the E-commence strategy, sales teams and processes to achieve revenue targets for the E-commence teams . Meanwhile, t he E-commerce& channel strategy director will be responsible for analysis and develop all sales channels’ strategy . In thi s role, you will provide the teams with a strategic vision and tactical direction, oversee and direct the responsibilities of employees and represent the company in offline and online sales channel strategy developing, and promoting and selling products and services , and accountable for E-commerce sales target. Key Accountabilities
Support business growth by disseminating information that promotes a favorable view of the organization and our products and services.
Participate in planning, analysis developing and delivering all channels strateg ies for products, services and associated brands.
Analysis current Go to market strategy for both offline and online business and development new channels growth strategy and related implementation plan.
Establish and implement short to midterm plans that have an impact on business results aligned with parent or independent organization objectives.
Identify potential customers while nurturing existing customer relationships.
Develop plans and deliver results in a fast-changing business or regulatory environment, while leading and developing a team of experienced professionals and supervisors, coaching and making decisions related to talent management hiring, performance and disciplinary actions. You will also collaborate with managers and supervisors in your organization to ensure staff selections align with current and future needs.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of six years of related work experience
