Job Description:
As a Digital Pre-sales Solution Architect for HPE Greenlake, you will work on the creation of new deals with HPE’s Sales and Pre-Sales teams, representing the HPE Greenlake solution.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with sales/pursuit team in country and work with them to understand the customer requirement and create quotes etc.
- Identify the HPE Services solutions needed to fulfil the business objectives of the customer and be able to interact with people (customer and internal HPE) at all levels and geographies
- Work in collaboration with sales to develop pricing quote and SoW for in-pursuit deals
- Identify and contribute to projects to improve services, customer satisfaction, profitability and team efficiency.
- Technical writing skills will be required to publish required documents.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and have an ability to drive the conversation/discussion.
- Possess a strong customer focus with the ability to manage escalations, balancing the needs of the customer, the HPE teams (Sales/ Pursuit/ Delivery)
Education and Experience Required:
- 1 - 3 years of technical experience and an Associate of Arts/Science or equivalent degree (two year college program) in computer science or related area of study; without a degree, one additional year of relevant technical experience (2-4 years in total).
Knowledge and Skills:
- Demonstrates understanding of assigned discipline or technical area.
- Demonstrate fundamental technical knowledge.
- Proficient in Korean Language (verbal and written), good English communicatgion
