- Finish daily on time and meet all related requirements regarding Quality Management System and EHS Management System. 日常工作应符合质量管理体系EHS管理体系的要求。 Work with Demand Manager to meet business requirements via demand cycle management and supply chain activities, including below step: 协助需求经理,通过日常的需求预测管理和供应链相关活动满足业务要求,包括以下内容:
- Maintain Oracle demantra system to health operation normally including new account setup, daily system update, coordinate system problem issue and so on. 维护demantra系统的正常运行包括新用户建立,日常的系统维护,系统问题协调解决等等
- Responsible for FCST accuracy and related demand analysis and issue the report. 负责相关预测准确率和相关需求的分析,并出具报告
- Coordinate communication with sales team and supply chain related. 定期协调与现场销售团队和供应相关部门的沟通会议。
- Lead or Support supply chain related issues such as supply issues, RA and SIOP demand process. 领导相关供应问题的分析和流程
- Assist demand manager to finish special business协助需求经理完成日常临时交办的事务
- Assist supply chain related department to optimize process to meet business requirement. 协调相关部门推动优化流程等相关客户问题。 Building good relationship with related supply chain departments via routine activities. 通过日常工作与相关部门建立良好的业务关系。
要求Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Engineering or equivalent; related chemical knowledge and supply chain management experience is preferable商务、工程等相关专业本科以上水平。有关化工和供应链管理的工作经验尤佳。
- Fluency in Chinese and English. 熟练掌握中英文。 Familiar with PC software such as Microsoft Office、Excel and Access. 熟练使用计算机办公软件
- 5 years’ experience in material purchasing, customer service, production planning and sales; related MRP or Oracle system operation experience is preferable. 5年以上有关采购,客服,生产计划或者销售的工作经验,有关MRP或者Oracle操作系统经验者尤佳。
- Good communication, planning, coordination, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. 良好的沟通,计划,协调,合作以及解决问题的能力。
